Aymar N. Bisoka is a lawyer, political scientist, and professor at the University of Mons (Belgium). He works in the African Great Lakes region on access to natural resources, critical ecology, and Afro-critical perspective in the social sciences. Bisoka has taught in recent years at several universities in Africa and Europe. Before embarking on research, he worked for ten years in the field of development cooperation in Africa and Europe and continues to collaborate in this sector on development, governance, and security issues.
